National Weather Service Calls Today's Flood Once in 100-150 Years

The National Weather Service called the flooding that took place in Twin Falls a once in a 100-150 year event! Nearly four inches of rain has fallen in Twin Falls since Monday and more rain could fall tonight and on Thursday.
